Team sizes in Sapphire’s projects range from 3 to 15+ resources which is an indication that our offshore model suits both small and large customers.

Sapphire provides onsite development, implementation services to clients if required and partial or complete projects teams are sent to client's location to develop, release and maintain the product or application.

Our onsite development model is flexible to suit to different requirements of clients like augmenting their development or QA teams, forming a new and complete project team, getting architects and designers for a new technology development et cetera. However, onsite means higher cost than offshore.



As a true partner, we offer a Hybrid Model to clients. In this model, only the mandatory team remains onsite and majority of the team remains offshore. Through this model we ensure that onsite components are minimized without adding worries and risks to the project. Depending on the completeness of the specification, project's complexity and availability of the client side resources, we suggest who and when from the Sapphires team should be present onsite.
